About & editorial method
We help you find official ways to watch and read, with sources and clear limits on what we know.
01 / Purpose
A guide between the anime and the page.
Order of Series is an independent fan guide for readers and viewers choosing what to watch or read next. Series guides bring together episode schedules, manga volumes, reading options and evidence for continuing from an anime into its source material.
Reading and full-episode viewing links lead to official publishers, broadcasters and streaming services. We do not host manga chapters or full anime episodes. A listed service is an entry point, not a promise that every title, language or episode is available in your region.
02 / Evidence
Read the source and the status together.
We prefer official announcements, publisher catalogs and broadcaster schedules for release information. Source links and checked dates explain what supports a record. Independent reporting and creator commentary are identified separately from official information.
Episode-to-chapter mappings need their own evidence. An aired episode, a trailer or a known volume length does not establish where the anime stops in the manga. A mapping receives Verified only after a human has compared the episode with the original chapters; automated research cannot make that decision.
- Verified
- The specific record has been checked against official or first-hand evidence. For an episode-to-chapter mapping, this also requires that the episode has aired, a human comparison, a chapter range and a verification date.
- Reported
- Consistent secondary sources support the record, but direct confirmation is missing. A reported chapter mapping needs evidence from at least two different source domains and remains separate from a verified mapping.
- Pending
- The information is unknown or the evidence is insufficient. We leave it unresolved rather than estimate chapter ranges, announce an unconfirmed release date or mark an unaired episode as verified.
03 / Research & video notes
How the notes are made.
AI tools assist with finding sources, organizing data, drafting short summaries and implementing this website. An AI-generated answer is not a source. Factual claims need traceable evidence, and unresolved information stays Pending.
Video recommendations state the basis for their notes: watched content, a transcript or the publisher’s description. Transcript-based notes may use automatic captions and include any limits identified during checking. Notes based only on a description are not presented as a summary of a video we watched.
Time references are added only when checked. Creator opinions describe that creator’s perspective; they do not confirm release details, regional access or an anime-to-manga mapping. Preview material may reveal the opening premise, and content marked as spoilers stays folded until you choose to open it.
04 / Dates & availability
A checked date is a snapshot.
A checked date records when the linked information was reviewed. It is not a live broadcast feed or a guarantee that the source has not changed. Separate subjects, such as anime schedules and reading access, can have different checked dates.
We distinguish a Japanese television broadcast from a streaming release and show the announced time zone. Later episodes do not receive dates merely because a series usually airs weekly. An announcement or a date passing does not automatically mark an episode as aired.
For the latest release time, language options, prices and regional access, open the official source beside the relevant information. Checking a catalog link does not prove that a paid or region-limited episode played successfully on an account.
05 / Your browser & third-party media
What happens when you save or play.
The watchlist saves episode selections in localStorage in the browser you are using. It does not require an account or sync progress across devices. You can clear saved progress in the watchlist; clearing site data in your browser also removes it. If browser storage is unavailable, the watchlist reports that it cannot save.
Artwork, book covers and video thumbnails are served from this website. Selected large images are resized without cropping, and their source links and credits remain visible. Loading these images does not contact their original hosts; opening a source link takes you to that third-party service.
The embedded YouTube player loads only when you press Play. Closing its dialog removes the player and stops playback. YouTube and other linked services apply their own privacy, cookie, account and availability rules.
